- 4 swordfish steaks
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion
- 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
- 3/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 6 bay leaves
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients except fish in shallow pan.
- 2 add fish and coat.
- 3 cover and refrigerate 4-6 hours, turning 2-3 times.
