- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 lbs flank steaks
Recipe
- 1 combine ingredients and marinade the flank steak as long as possible.
