Korean Ohm Rice

Ingredients

- 2 cups rice
- 4 cups water
- 8 carrots, sliced thin
- 10 green onions, sliced thin
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 5 stalks celery, sliced thin
- 6 mushrooms, sliced
- 1 lb round steak, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Recipe
- 1 take rice and water and cook covered 15 minutes on low.
- 2 in another pan, stir fry in order given; cook separately.
- 3 add vegetables and meat to rice.
- 4 season with soy sauce and salt.
