Korean Ohm Rice

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups rice
  • 4 cups water
  • 8 carrots, sliced thin
  • 10 green onions, sliced thin
  • 2 potatoes, diced
  • 5 stalks celery, sliced thin
  • 6 mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 lb round steak, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Recipe

  • 1 take rice and water and cook covered 15 minutes on low.
  • 2 in another pan, stir fry in order given; cook separately.
  • 3 add vegetables and meat to rice.
  • 4 season with soy sauce and salt.
