Mini Meatloaves

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 slices bread
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1/4-1/2 teaspoon grill seasoning (monterrey steak seasoning)
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • ketchup

Recipe

  • 1 let the bread soak up the milk and egg until mushy. add the seasoning, worchestershire sauce and ground beef. make into mini meatloaves (or meatballs that are flattened). top with a dollop of ketchup. place into a greased 9 x 11 or cookie sheet. these should be spread out so they are not sitting in a grease pool as they cook. bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
