Grilled Steaks Florentine

Ingredients
- Servings: 2
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- 1 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary
- 1 garlic clove (minced or pressed)
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 2 new york strip steaks
- salt
Recipe
- 1 blend the first 6 ingredients in a shallow pan or ziploc bag.
- 2 add steaks, turning to coat both sides.
- 3 marinate at least 1, but up to 10 hours in the refrigerator.
- 4 prepare barbeque (medium-high heat).
- 5 drain steaks and sprinkle with salt.
- 6 place on grill rack and cook to desired doneness, about 4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- 7 serve immediately and enjoy!
