Grilled Steaks Florentine

Total Time: 28 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 8 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary
  • 1 garlic clove (minced or pressed)
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 2 new york strip steaks
  • salt

Recipe

  • 1 blend the first 6 ingredients in a shallow pan or ziploc bag.
  • 2 add steaks, turning to coat both sides.
  • 3 marinate at least 1, but up to 10 hours in the refrigerator.
  • 4 prepare barbeque (medium-high heat).
  • 5 drain steaks and sprinkle with salt.
  • 6 place on grill rack and cook to desired doneness, about 4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  • 7 serve immediately and enjoy!
