Ingredients

- 4 lamb butterfly steaks
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin avocado oil
- 1 cup parsley sprig
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup extra virgin avocado oil or 1/4 cup olivado gold rosemary-infused avocado oil
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Recipe
