Lamb Butterflies With Avocado Oil Salsa

Ingredients

  • 4 lamb butterfly steaks
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin avocado oil
  • 1 cup parsley sprig
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin avocado oil or 1/4 cup olivado gold rosemary-infused avocado oil
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons dry sherry
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Recipe

  • 1 marinate:.
