Pickled Salmon

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 1/2 cups vinegar
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon pickling spices
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3 lbs salmon steaks

Recipe

  • 1 in a large non-aluminum saucepan, combine all the ingredients except the salmon.
  • 2 bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
