Ingredients

- 1 lb boneless beef chuck steak, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 lb lamb tenderloin, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 (10 ounce) cans old el paso tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
- 1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans, undrained
- 1 (12 ounce) can beer
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 dash hot sauce (optional)
Recipe
- 1 in a large mixing bowl, combine beef, lamb and flour; toss to coat meat evenly.
- 2 heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot; brown meat.
- 3 place browned meat into slow cooker along with all other ingredients; mix well.
- 4 cook on low setting for 7 to 9 hours or until beef and lamb are fork-tender.
