Garlicky Steak Marinade

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh parsley, coarse chop
  • 1/3 cup fresh mint, coarse chop
  • 3 tablespoons fresh rosemary, coarse chop
  • 8 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup olive oil, extra-virgin
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 combine parsley, mint, rosemary and garlic in food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
  • 2 add lemon juice, soy sauce, salt & pepper and process until smooth.
  • 3 with the motor running, add olive oil in a thin stream.
  • 4 pour marinade over steak and turn to coat.
  • 5 cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours (i have done as little as 1 hour with good results) or overnight, turning occasionally.
