Garlicky Steak Marinade

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups fresh parsley, coarse chop
- 1/3 cup fresh mint, coarse chop
- 3 tablespoons fresh rosemary, coarse chop
- 8 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup olive oil, extra-virgin
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine parsley, mint, rosemary and garlic in food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
- 2 add lemon juice, soy sauce, salt & pepper and process until smooth.
- 3 with the motor running, add olive oil in a thin stream.
- 4 pour marinade over steak and turn to coat.
- 5 cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours (i have done as little as 1 hour with good results) or overnight, turning occasionally.
