Ingredients
- 2 -4 lbs tri-tip steak
- 1 (14 ounce) bottle italian dressing, the oily kind
- 1 (12 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce, of your choice
Recipe
- 1 poke holes in the tri-tip with a fork and place in a ziplock bag. add the italian dressing and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 days.
- 2 bar-b-cue tri-tip to desired doneness adding barbecue sauce towards end of grilling time.
