Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

• 36 medium mushrooms
• 1/2 lb sausage
• 4 ounces herb stuffing mix, crumb type
• mayonnaise, to moisten
• 1 large onions or 3 green onions, inclluding tops,chopped

Recipe

• 1 wash mushrooms.
• 2 remove stems and chop.
• 3 brown sausage, stems and onions.
• 4 drain well.
• 5 mix sausage mixture ans stuffing with enough mayonnasie to hold together.
• 6 place caps in baking dish, fill with sausage mixture.
• 7 cover and chill.
• 8 these can be mae a day ahead.
• 9 at serving time, preheat oven to 450.
• 10 bake 10 minutes.
• 11 note: to accompany steak, use 8 very large mushrooms.
• 12 bake 15 minutes.
