Steak On A Stick

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 1/2 lbs sirloin, cut in 3/4 inch cubes
- 1 large tomato, cut in 6 wedges
- 2 tablespoons beef broth
- 2 tablespoons dry red wine
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 4 cups cooked rice, warm
Recipe
- 1 thread beef on skewers, with a tomato wedge on the end of each; place on broiler pan.
- 2 combine remaining ingredients except rice.
- 3 broil 6 inches from heat source to desired degree of doneness, about 5 min per side for medium, brushing with beef broth mixture.
- 4 serve with rice.
