Grilled Ginger Swordfish Steaks

Ingredients
- Servings: 3
- 2 tablespoons olive oil 
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice 
- 1 tablespoon dry sherry 
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce 
- 2 cloves garlic, minced 
- 2 teaspoons minced ginger 
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon, zest of 
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 
- 1 lb swordfish steak 
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients together and pour over fish in a plastic ziplock bag or shallow dish. 
- 2 allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes. 
- 3 remove fish from marinade.
