Schweizersteg Med Surfløde- Danish Sour-cream Swiss Steak

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 2 lbs swiss steak
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons onions (chopped)
- 3 tablespoons tomato puree
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon beef bouillon
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sour cream
Recipe
- 1 mix salt and pepper with the flour and pound it into the steak.
- 2 brown the steak in the butter.
- 3 add onion, tomato pureé and some water and bouillon.
- 4 cover and simmer 1 hour over low heat, or bake 1 hour at 250 degrees fahrenheit in a preheated oven.
- 5 add sour cream and mix well.
- 6 simmer ½ hour longer.
