Jeanne's Steak Fajitas With Special Marinade

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil 
- 1/3 cup soy sauce 
- 4 green onions or 1/2 medium onion 
- 2 large garlic cloves 
- 1/4 cup lime juice 
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes 
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin 
- 2 lbs skirt steaks 
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients, except meat, in blender. 
- 2 blend for 1 minute. 
- 3 place meat in large plastic bag and pour marinade over all. 
- 4 close top securely and make sure all meat is covered with marinade. 
- 5 place in refrigerator for at least one hour. 
- 6 grill on high to desired doneness, or 5-10 minutes each side. 
- 7 remove from grill and cover with aluminum foil to rest for at least 30 minutes. 
- 8 slice thinly and mix with any juices from resting plate.
