- 4 lamb loin steaks, cut into 2 inch slices and pounded to 3/4 inch thick
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup wine
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 2 medium onions, sliced thin
- 4 teaspoons paprika
- 4 hard rolls
- mustard
Recipe
- 1 after pounding the steaks marinate for 24-48 hours turning a few times.
- 2 grill for 10 minutes on each side and serve on hard rolls with mustard and salad.
