- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 4 tuna steaks (1/2-inch thick)
Recipe
- 1 in a small bowl, stir together the first 5 ingredients.
- 2 brush mixture onto the tuna steaks.
- 3 grill, covered, over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on each side.
