Scott's Lemon Garlic Salmon

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons salmon & seafood seasoning (available at sam's club)
- 24 ounces salmon fillets or 24 ounces steaks
Recipe
- 1 combine oil, water, lemon juice & seasoning in resealable plastic bag.
- 2 add salmon and marinate 30 minute to 8 hours in refrigerator.
- 3 remove fish and discard marinade.
- 4 grill or broil for 8-10 minutes or until salmon flakes easily. (no need to turn).
