Scott's Lemon Garlic Salmon

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons salmon & seafood seasoning (available at sam's club)
  • 24 ounces salmon fillets or 24 ounces steaks

Recipe

  • 1 combine oil, water, lemon juice & seasoning in resealable plastic bag.
  • 2 add salmon and marinate 30 minute to 8 hours in refrigerator.
  • 3 remove fish and discard marinade.
  • 4 grill or broil for 8-10 minutes or until salmon flakes easily. (no need to turn).
