Grilled Lamb Steaks

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 lamb steaks, 3/4-inch thick
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup dry wine
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 trim as much fat as possible from the lamb steaks.
  • 2 place steaks in a plastic bag.
  • 3 combine broth, wine, herbs, garlic, and salt.
