Grilled Lamb Steaks

Ingredients

- 4 lamb steaks, 3/4-inch thick
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup dry wine
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Recipe
- 1 trim as much fat as possible from the lamb steaks.
- 2 place steaks in a plastic bag.
- 3 combine broth, wine, herbs, garlic, and salt.
- 4 add to lamb, close bag tightly and place in a dish.
- 5 marinate in the refrigerator several hours or overnight.
- 6 drain lamb; reserve marinade.
- 7 grill 4 to 6 inches above medium hot coals.
