Ingredients

- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup sliced green onion
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 lbs rib eye steaks
Recipe
- 1 in a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first 7 ingredients.
- 2 add the steaks.
- 3 seal the bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
- 4 drain and discard marinade.
- 5 grill steaks, uncovered, over medium-hot heat for 8-10 minutes or desired doneness.
