- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup sesame oil
- 1/2 cup honey
- 3/4 cup wine
- 3/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 bunch scallion, sliced diagonnaly
- 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
- 2 lbs skirt steaks
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients in a bag. marinate steak overnight. grill til desired doneness.
