Lynne's Veal Treat

Ingredients
- Servings: 2
- 4 boneless veal steaks
- 2 teaspoons oil
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 1 1/2 cups prepared gravy
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 coat veal with flour, dip in milk, and then coat with breadcrumbs.
- 2 brown veal in hot oil and place in baking dish to suit.
- 3 pour gravy over the veal and sprinkle with the parmesan cheese.
- 4 bake in moderate oven 20 mins, or until parmesan is crusty.
- 5 serve with creamy mashed potatoes, fresh green vegetables and crusty bread rolls.
