Marinated Flank Steak

Ingredients

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups tamari
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 1 lb flank steak
Recipe
- 1 combine ingredients in a bowl.
- 2 stir until sugar is well dissolved.
- 3 put flank steak in a large ziploc bag and pour in marinade.
- 4 making sure to cover meat completely and store flat.
- 5 marinate at least 4 hours, can leave overnight.
- 6 remove meat from marinade and reserve liquid.
- 7 grill meat as desired.
- 8 heat leftover marinade until boiling and serve on the side.
