Ingredients
- 4 whole chickens (cut-up)
- 1/2 pint buttermilk
- 4 cups flour
- 4 tablespoons mccormick's montreal brand steak seasoning (spicy)
Recipe
- 1 soak chicken (completely covered) in buttermilk overnight.
- 2 put a cup of flour in a storage bag and place chicken piece in and shake till covered.
- 3 fry chicken until completely cooked.
- 4 put chicken on a pan and put in an oven at 250° for 20 to 25 minutes.
