Ingredients
- Servings: 2
- 2 3/4 lbs rib eye steaks, 1 1/2 inch thick
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon paul prodommes blackend redfish magic seasoning
- 1 tablespoon cavendars all purpose greek seasoning
- 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
Recipe
- 1 sprinkle steaks with garlic powder, blackened season, and greek seasoning on both sides and "push"/"pat" seasonings into meat.
- 2 lay steaks flat in a ziploc freezer bag and drizzle eaqual amounts of worcestershire on both sides.
- 3 remove all aire from bag, seal and freeze.
- 4 pop in fridge a few days before needed to thaw and marinate, grill to desired way and enjoy.
