Perfect Rib Eyes Oamc

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 3/4 lbs rib eye steaks, 1 1/2 inch thick
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon paul prodommes blackend redfish magic seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon cavendars all purpose greek seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce

Recipe

  • 1 sprinkle steaks with garlic powder, blackened season, and greek seasoning on both sides and "push"/"pat" seasonings into meat.
  • 2 lay steaks flat in a ziploc freezer bag and drizzle eaqual amounts of worcestershire on both sides.
  • 3 remove all aire from bag, seal and freeze.
  • 4 pop in fridge a few days before needed to thaw and marinate, grill to desired way and enjoy.
