Meatballs And Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 lb sausage (any kind)
• 2 lbs hamburger (your choice)
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 1/2 cup ketchup
• 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 cup onion (chopped)
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup corn flakes (crushed)
• 1 cup evaporated milk
• 1 (14 ounce) bottle ketchup
• 12 ounces chili sauce (use only half jar)
• 3 tablespoons mustard
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1 tablespoon pepper
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup wine vinegar
• 1/4 cup lemon juice
• 5 ounces steak sauce
• 1 dash tabasco sauce
• 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
• 1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
• 1/2 cup beer
• 1 teaspoon oil

Recipe

• 1 mix meatballs and shape, place in sheet pan and cook at 400°f for 10 to 15 minutes.
• 2 combine sauce and pour over meatballs. heat in pan.
• 3 serve.
