Meatloaf Sauce (or Stuffed Peppers)

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 1/2 cups tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce or 2 teaspoons vegan worcestershire sauce or 2 teaspoons a.1. original sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon basil
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1/4 cup mushroom, sliced thinly (optional)
Recipe
- 1 throughly mix together all ingredients.
- 2 spoon sauce over meatloaf.
- 3 bake for one hour at 350°f.
- 4 รข€¢for vegan, omit the worcestershire sauce and use vegan alternative.
