Norwegian Steak

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 500 g sirloin steaks
• butter
• flour
• tomato ketchup
• salt
• 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
• 300 ml whipped cream

Recipe

• 1 cut steak into 5mm slices across the grain 2.
• 2 coat in flour mixed with curry powder and salt to taste.
• 3 brown in butter.
• 4 place in ovenproof dish.
• 5 mix enough tomato ketchup into the whipped cream to turn it pink.
• 6 pour over steak.
• 7 cook uncovered till sauce is brown in colour.
• 8 about 1/2-3/4 hours at 150c.
• 9 serve with rice.
