- 1 lb round steak
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1 cup carrot, sliced
- 5 beef bouillon cubes
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 5 cups water
Recipe
- 1 brown round steak and onions.
- 2 add bouillon cubes and water.
- 3 simmer 1/2 to 1 hour or until tender. add green pepper and carrots. cook 10 minutes.
- 4 make gravy. serve with rice.
