Peppered Garlic Beef From Olive Magazine April10 Slimming World

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 tablespoon black peppercorns
  • 6 garlic cloves (large)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 600 g beef, skirt (trimmed)

Recipe

  • 1 in a pestle and mortar crush the peppercorns, garlic and salt to make a smoothish paste, stir in the vinegar. sit the beef in a non metallic dish and rub with paste. leave in fridge for 2-3 hours.
  • 2 place a griddle pan on very high heat, rub the marinade off the meat and season again with salt. cook meat until slightly charred about 5 min per side.
  • 3 transfer into the oven gas mark 7 fro 5 minutes, allow to rest for 5 minutes then crave and serve with salad and chips.
