Raspberry Red Wine Vinegar

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh raspberries (or frozen)
  • 3/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 3/4 cup wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Recipe

  • 1 place raspberries, both vinegars and sugar in medium stainless steel saucepan.
  • 2 bring to a boil on high. reduce heat to medium-low, cover simmer gently for 5 minutes.
  • 3 cool liquid. chill overnight.
  • 4 strain through fine sieve, pressing to extract liquid.
  • 5 discard pulp. pour liquid into glass jar with tight fitting lid. chill.

  • 7 1/2 cup oil.
  • 8 1/4 cup raspberry vinegar.
  • 9 1/4 cup sugar.
  • 10 1/4 cup ketchup.
  • 11 1 tbsp steak sauce.
  • 12 in a 2 cup glass measuring cup add all ingredients and blend with a stick blender.
  • 13 this is a sweet dressing.
