Raspberry Red Wine Vinegar

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh raspberries (or frozen)
- 3/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 3/4 cup wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
Recipe
- 1 place raspberries, both vinegars and sugar in medium stainless steel saucepan.
- 2 bring to a boil on high. reduce heat to medium-low, cover simmer gently for 5 minutes.
- 3 cool liquid. chill overnight.
- 4 strain through fine sieve, pressing to extract liquid.
- 5 discard pulp. pour liquid into glass jar with tight fitting lid. chill.
- 6 my family's favorite salad dressing.
- 7 1/2 cup oil.
- 8 1/4 cup raspberry vinegar.
- 9 1/4 cup sugar.
- 10 1/4 cup ketchup.
- 11 1 tbsp steak sauce.
- 12 in a 2 cup glass measuring cup add all ingredients and blend with a stick blender.
- 13 this is a sweet dressing.
