Simple Salisbury Round Steak

Total Time: 2 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • 1 -2 lb round steak, thin
  • 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans campbell's french onion soup
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can green beans
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 season thin-cut round steaks with salt and pepper.
  • 3 place meat at bottom of large casserole dish.
  • 4 cover mean with green beans.
  • 5 mix soups together in large bowl with wisk; cover meat & green beans with soup mixture.
  • 6 cover casserole dish with tin foil.
  • 7 bake, covered, for 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
