Marinated Lamb Steaks

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 8 lamb loin steaks
- 5 large garlic cloves, minced
- 10 sage leaves, finely chopped
- 2 sprigs rosemary, leaves picked and finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon water
- salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste (use plenty though)
- pam cooking spray (or other oil spray)
Recipe
- 1 mix together the marinade ingredients to make a paste.
- 2 lay the lamb steaks in one layer in a tray or 2 flatish bowls.
- 3 with a small sharp knife make 4 small cuts in each steak.
- 4 spread the paste evenly over the steaks, cover in plastic wrap and refridgerate for 3-4 hours.
- 5 heat a non stick griddle or george foreman grill and spray the steaks with oil.
- 6 cook the steaks for 6-8 mins or until cooked through.
- 7 serve with mash.
