Ingredients
- 1 (22 ounce) can beef gravy
- 1 (2 lb) package deli roast beef (sliced)
- 1 (10 ounce) bag frozen vegetables
- 1 (16 ounce) container simply potatoes traditional mashed potatoes
- 3 ounces grated parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 spray 13" by 9" pan or baking dish with cooking spray.
- 3 cook simply potatoes in microwave as directed on package.
- 4 cook frozen vegetables in microwave at half of time on package.
- 5 cut roast beef into 1" squares.
- 6 mix beef with gravy,& season to your taste.(i like montreal steak seasoning).
- 7 spread roast beef mixture evenly in baking dish or pan.
- 8 spread vegetables evenly on beef mixture.
- 9 spread simply potatoes on vegetables.
- 10 cover with aluminum foil.
- 11 bake in oven for 10 minutes.
- 12 remove foil.
- 13 sprinkle cheese on potatoes (as much as you like).
- 14 bake uncovered for 5 minutes,(or until cheese is melted,& starting to brow.
- 15 serve with bicuits.
