Red Snapper With Garlic Delight

Ingredients

- 10 g unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 tablespoons dry vermouth
- 2 red snapper steaks
Recipe
- 1 stir in garlic in the melted butter.
- 2 saute until it turns golden.
- 3 add vermouth.
- 4 season with black pepper to taste.
- 5 now, turn on your broiler.
- 6 arrange fish on the broiler pan.
- 7 brush with seasoned butter.
- 8 broil 10 cm from heat source for 10-15 minutes or until the fish is opaque.
- 9 serve with the remaining seasoned butter.
