Ingredients
- 8 cups chopped rhubarb
- 3 cups diced onions
- 2 cups vinegar
- 2 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a large saucepan.
- 2 bring to a boil.
- 3 reduce to low heat and let simmer until well thickened.
- 4 let cool and refrigerate.
