Slow Cooker Swedish Steak

Ingredients

- 2 -2 1/2 lbs boneless round steak
- salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 beef bouillon cube, crushed
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup sour cream
Recipe
- 1 cut steak into serving size pieces, removing all visible fat. sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper.
- 2 place in the slow cooker with the dill, onion and bouillon cube. add 1/2 cup water.
- 3 cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
- 4 remove the meat and thicken the juices with the 1/4 cup flour and 1/4 cup water.
- 5 add the sour cream.
- 6 return the meat to the slow cooker.
- 7 serve over mashed potatoes or egg noodles.
