Easy Steak Soup

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb beef steak
  • 32 ounces beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can veg- all homestyle vegetables
  • 15 ounces tomato sauce
  • 2 cups french-fried onions
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Recipe

  • 1 cook beef in hot oil until browned, remove beef from pan and set aside.
  • 2 heat drippings, broth, 2/3 cup of french fried onions, tomato sauce, and veg-all. return beef to pot.
  • 3 heat to a simmer and cook until vegetables are fork tender.
  • 4 spoon into a bowl, and garnish with remaining french fried onions.
