Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb beef steak
- 32 ounces beef broth
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 can veg- all homestyle vegetables
- 15 ounces tomato sauce
- 2 cups french-fried onions
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Recipe
- 1 cook beef in hot oil until browned, remove beef from pan and set aside.
- 2 heat drippings, broth, 2/3 cup of french fried onions, tomato sauce, and veg-all. return beef to pot.
- 3 heat to a simmer and cook until vegetables are fork tender.
- 4 spoon into a bowl, and garnish with remaining french fried onions.
