- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground ginger
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 2 lbs venison steak
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients.
- 2 soak venison steaks at least 48 hours.
- 3 cook on the grill.
