Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons margarine or 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 medium onions, sliced
- 1 cup sour cream
Recipe
- 1 sauté onions in margarine over low heat until golden brown, 10 to 15 minutes.
- 2 stir in remaining ingredients.
- 3 immediately serve over steak or leftover beef or lamb slices.
