Slow-cooker Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 1 lb boneless round steak, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 3 cups water
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 medium onions, diced
- 3 stalks celery, sliced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 3 beef bouillon cubes
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (i used 2 15 oz.cans veg-all)
Recipe
- 1 in a slow cooker, combine the first 12 ingredients.
- 2 cover and cook on high for 6 hours.
- 3 add frozen vegetables or cans of veg-all.
- 4 cover and cook on high for 2 hours longer or until meat and vegetables are tender.
