- 2/3 cup dry vermouth
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- 4 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1/8 teaspoon dried sage
Recipe
- 1 marinate salmon in rest of ingredients in refrigerate for 4 hours.
- 2 grill.
