Apricot Glazed Ham

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple slices, drained, with (1/4 cup juice reserved)
  • 1/2 cup apricot preserves
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 4 ham steaks, cut 1/2 inch thick (7 to 8 ounces each)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • 2 in a disposable aluminum pie plate, combine the reserved pineapple juice, apricot preserves, dry mustard, and dried cranberries.
  • 3 cook on the grill, stirring frequently, until the preserves melt.
  • 4 grill the ham steaks for 10 to 12 minutes, turning occasionally.
  • 5 grill the pineapple slices for 5 to 6 minutes, turning halfway through the grilling.
  • 6 serve the ham with the pineapple slices and top with the sauce.
