Ken's Flank Steak Marinade

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 1/2 lbs flank steaks
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
Recipe
- 1 place flank steak in large shallow dish (or large food storage bag).
- 2 combine marinade ingredients, stirring well.
- 3 pour over steak; cover and marinade in refrigerator 8 hours, turning bag or steak occasionally.
- 4 drain steak, reserving marinade.
- 5 grill steak to desired degree of doneness, basting often with marinade.
- 6 to serve, slice steak across grain in thin slices.
