Korean Skirt Steak- By Sookhee Pai Of Arcadia, Ca

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mirin
  • 2 chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 minced scallion
  • 1 teaspoon chopped ginger
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 3 teaspoons ground roast sesame
  • ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 lb sliced skirt steak

Recipe

  • 1 mix first 10 ingredients and marinate the skirt steak one or more hours.
  • 2 grill over hot charcoal.
  • 3 cook until medium rare.
  • 4 remove from fire and let rest 10 minutes, slice as thin as possible and serve.
