Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon mirin
- 2 chopped garlic cloves
- 1 minced scallion
- 1 teaspoon chopped ginger
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 3 teaspoons ground roast sesame
- ground black pepper
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 lb sliced skirt steak
Recipe
- 1 mix first 10 ingredients and marinate the skirt steak one or more hours.
- 2 grill over hot charcoal.
- 3 cook until medium rare.
- 4 remove from fire and let rest 10 minutes, slice as thin as possible and serve.
