Ingredients
- 1/2 cup dry wine
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in small bowl; mix thoroughly.
- 2 add steak or chicken and marinate one hour.
