- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup salsa
- 4 garlic cloves
- 10 tablespoons ranch dressing
- 1/8 cup lime juice
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Recipe
- 1 slice chicken breast in half making 8 thin steaks. brown chicken breasts in olive oil. add garlic. sauté for about 2 minutes. mix salsa, ranch dressing and lime juice together. pour over chicken. top with cheese. lower heat to low/medium cover and simmer until tender (about 15 minutes depending on altitude).
