Miso Beef

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons miso
  • 1 teaspoon mirin
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sake
  • 4 ounces round steaks

Recipe

  • 1 combine the miso, mirin, sugar and sake and spread on the beef.
  • 2 cover in plastic wrap and chill overnight.
  • 3 scrape the miso mixture off of the beef. grill or broil until medium rare. slice into strips.
