- 1 1/2 tablespoons miso
- 1 teaspoon mirin
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon sake
- 4 ounces round steaks
Recipe
- 1 combine the miso, mirin, sugar and sake and spread on the beef.
- 2 cover in plastic wrap and chill overnight.
- 3 scrape the miso mixture off of the beef. grill or broil until medium rare. slice into strips.
