Ingredients

- 2 lbs of cubed steak
- 2/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3 sliced sliced green red and yellow peppers
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper
Recipe
- 1 cook the steak through til done, add soy sauce and corn starch til its a little thick may need to add water, add seasonings to taste, cook a lil more add peppers and mix -- enjoy over fried or steamed rice.
