Peppered Flank Steak And Salsa

Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1 (1 lb) flank steak, trimmed
- 1 1/2 cups diced red and yellow tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons diced green onions
- 4 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Recipe
- 1 preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- 2 combine the first 6 ingredients in a small bowl, and mix.
- 3 rub spice mixture over both sides of steak.
- 4 place steak on a grill, and grill 6 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
- 5 let stand for 5 minutes.
- 6 cut steak diagonally across grain into thin slices.
- 7 combine diced tomatoes and remaining ingredients .
- 8 serve salsa over steak.
